Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases made through our online store by consumers in Norway and the wider EU/EEA, and are governed by the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).

A binding contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order before dispatch if an item is mispriced or out of stock, in which case you are refunded in full.

All prices are shown in your selected currency, VAT included where applicable. Your card is captured when the order ships, not when it is placed.

We aim to dispatch within 1 business day. The delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not binding delivery dates.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you (or someone you name) receives the goods, under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven). You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Goods carry the statutory right to complain about defects under Forbrukerkjøpsloven §27 — 2 years generally, 5 years for items meant to last considerably longer.

We are liable for defects present at delivery, in line with the Consumer Purchases Act. We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow the care instructions on the product page.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. You may bring a complaint to Forbrukerrådet (the Consumer Council) or via the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
