How to measure
Underwear
Measure around your natural waistline and the fullest part of your hips. Keep the tape measure snug but not tight, and parallel to the ground.
Socks & packs
Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper and mark your heel and longest toe, then measure the distance between the marks. Round up to the nearest size if you're between two.
