Orders & tracking
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day. You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link the moment the carrier scans it.
Returns & refunds
30 days from delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Worn underwear and gift cards are non-returnable for hygiene reasons — unworn items with the seal intact are always eligible.
Sizing & fit
Underwear fits true to size through the waist and hip; socks run true to shoe size. Every product page has a measurement chart in centimetres.
Payments & billing
We accept card, PayPal, and pay-in-4 instalments. Card is captured when the order ships, not when it is placed.
Product care
Modal and cotton wash cold on a gentle cycle; merino on a 30°C wool program, no spin, dry flat.
Account & privacy
Delete your account any time from Account settings. We anonymise your data within 30 days; order records are retained for tax purposes.
